Versions of Peter Pan movie

Peter Pan (1953)

Peter Pan, an animated film produced by
Walt Disney. It was first released in theaters on February 5, 1953. The film was a commercial success and was also the highest-grossing film in 1953. The run time for this movie is 77 minutes. Although this movie released in the early 50s', it is released in technicolour, not in black-and-white.

I personally think that this movie is categorized as classic ones because it really brings out the feeling of back to basic.

Return To Neverland (2002)

The classic tale of 'Peter Pan' continues in Disney's sequel 'Return to Never Land'. Return to Neverland was released in 2002.The film is a sequel to the 1953 film Peter Pan. In 1940 on a world besieged by World War II, Wendy, now grown up, has two children, one of them is her daughter, Jane.

The sequel film is not all that bad of a movie, but it's nowhere near as good as the original.

Peter Pan (2003)

This version of Peter Pan movie was released in 2003. It is a fantasy film released by Universal Pictures, Columbia Pictures and Revolution Studios. The story of this version of Peter Pan is the same as the first animated film except that it is played and casted by human. This movie was rather disappointing for me for it has made me feel like our childhood memories has been left behind. Overall this movie is kind of boring too. I'd still prefer the very first version of Peter Pan which was released in 1953.
